We’re on the lookout for a powerhouse Head of Global Wholesale Sales and Operations to lead our global wholesale strategy and operations.
You’re equal parts strategic and a hustler, someone who thrives on building relationships, growing business and keeping all the moving parts humming smoothly behind the scenes. You love a spreadsheet almost as much as you love a beautifully merchandised boutique. You understand the heartbeat of a premium retail customer.
This role is ideal for someone who can lead a team with heart, manage external agents with clarity, and bring in new business with vision and flair. You’ll be overseeing our sales operations, customer service, wholesale channels, account managers, agents, distributors, and key retail partners, as well as helping to shape how Goldie + Ace shows up globally.
We’re based in Port Melbourne (hellooo, good coffee), and while the job is full time, we offer flexibility on how the work gets done. What matters is that you’re driving the business forward and nurturing our global wholesale family.

Now, about the role…
Team + Partner Management
- Lead, support and grow a small team who will work closely with our retail customer and wholesale clients
- Manage and motivate our external sales agents and distributors, keeping them aligned with the Goldie + Ace brand, goals and seasonal priorities
- Be the go-to for all comms with stockists, department stores, and external agencies. You’ll keep everyone in the loop and everything moving
Sales Strategy + Growth
- Identify and develop new wholesale business opportunities with boutiques, department stores, concept stores, and other aligned stockists across the globe
- Pitch the brand to new partners and negotiate terms that work for everyone (but especially us)
- Set and track seasonal sales targets, work closely with our Product team to forecast demand and manage stock flow
Operations + Process
- Oversee and refine internal operations, from customer service, order management systems to seasonal planning tools and reporting
- Implement processes that will enable operational efficiencies so we run like a well-oiled (and beautifully branded) machine
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align trade calendars, campaigns, and collateral with wholesale goals
- Coordinate trade events, showrooms, and international fairs, occasionally hopping on a plane to attend in person
We’re looking for someone who has...
- 5+ years experience in wholesale, sales operations or business development within the fashion/lifestyle space (bonus points for kidswear)
- Confidence in managing people, building relationships and juggling multiple priorities at once
- An eye for what looks good, and what sells
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills (you’re equal parts charming and commercial)
- Strong analytical skills. You know your way around a sales report and can translate data into insight
- A roll-up-your-sleeves, lead-from-the-front kind of approach
- Experience working with global markets is a major plus
