Full-Time
Port Melbourne
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator with a can-do attitude to join our small but mighty team at Goldie + Ace. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in executing and supporting various marketing initiatives to promote our brand and drive engagement. If you're passionate about fashion, kids' trends and have a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity to contribute your skills to a fun and vibrant brand.
What we’re looking for in a Marketing Coordinator:
Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives. This includes managing timelines, creating content calendars, and overseeing the production of marketing materials such as graphics, videos, and blog posts.
Social Media & Content Creation: Working closely with our Social Media Coordinator to maintain and enhance our brand's presence across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, & LinkedIn. Create engaging and on-brand content, brief SMC on the promotional calendar every 2 weeks and interact with followers to foster a sense of community and drive customer engagement. Keep up to date with emerging media trends. Develop captivating and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website updates, and blog posts. This may involve creating visually appealing reels, writing compelling copy, and curating user-generated content.
Influencer Collaboration: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and kid-centric communities to amplify brand visibility and reach. Coordinate influencer campaigns and track their performance to ensure optimal results.
Email Marketing: Assist in crafting and executing email marketing campaigns, including writing creative copy, and segmenting email lists for targeted messaging.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant tools and platforms. Prepare regular reports detailing key metrics and insights, and use this data to refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Market Research: Stay updated on children's fashion trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape. Leverage this knowledge to inform marketing strategies and suggest innovative ideas.
Event Support: Assist in planning and executing events, pop-ups, or collaborations to increase brand visibility and engagement. Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and on-site activities as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including product design, sales, and customer care, to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience.
