COVID-19 Service Information

Here at Goldie + Ace we have applied all the safety and protection recommendations of the health authorities against COVID-19.
Most of our in-house team is working from home these days except the warehouse team which has been reduced as much as possible to avoid risk.
All orders placed on our online store are being shipped as normal with Australia Post as well as DHL, our transport partner responsible for international shipments. 
        
Please note, Australia Post are experiencing significant delays within their network due to COVID-19. This is resulting in longer delivery timelines and infrequent package scans. Please take this into consideration and be patient. 90% of late items arrive within 3 business days of their due date. You can track your delivery through parcel tracking, the online chatbot and the MyPost App. For the latest information about delays and impacts please visit auspost.com.au

With the massive demand and workforce capacity constraints, Aus. Post foresee's an additional 3 day delay for deliveries in Victoria. This is both within and into Victoria.
