How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with you shipments tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
If you need to get in touch, please email care@goldieandace.com with your name and order number.
Please note that if your order is returned to sender due to not collecting your parcel, you will have to cover the cost of return shipping.
When will my order be dispatched?
All our orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse daily from Monday to Friday.
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.
If you'd like an update on your order status, get in touch at care@goldieandace.com.
Help! I didn't receive an order or shipping confirmation.
It is possible the confirmation email has gone to your junk folder or maybe we have an incorrect email address for you.
Please contact us straight away at care@goldieandace.com with the full name you placed the order under.
Is it possible for an order I’ve made to be cancelled by me after it’s been confirmed?
If your order has not been processed by our warehouse we may be able to cancel it for you, with the exception of sale or promo code orders which cannot be cancelled or amended.

I love an item which is no longer in stock, can I still order it?

We take reasonable care to make our site is secure.
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Afterpay (in Australia & New Zealand), Apple Pay or PayPal.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon your order.
