What are your payment options?

We take reasonable care to make our site is secure. We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Afterpay (in Australia & New Zealand), Apple Pay or PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon your order. For Afterpay terms and conditions please head to https://www.afterpay.com/en-AU/terms-of-service.

 

Can I see pricing in my local currency?

Prices are listed in AUD however you can change this to view in selected other currencies whilst browsing our site. Checkout can only be processed in AUD, so prices will always change back to AUD when it comes time to pay.

 

Is it possible for an order I’ve made to be cancelled by me after it’s been confirmed?

If your order has not been processed by our warehouse we may be able to cancel it for you, with the exception of sale or promo code orders which cannot be cancelled or amended. Please email care@goldieandace.com with any queries.

 

Can I change or add to my order after I have placed it?

Unfortunately we are unable to make any amendments to orders once placed. If your order has not been processed by our warehouse we may be able to cancel it for you so you can re order the correct items, with the exception of sale or promo code orders which cannot be cancelled or amended. Please email care@goldieandace.com with any queries.

I love an item which is no longer online, can I still order it?

We generally do not repeat styles, so usually once it is gone, it's gone! If you can’t see something online, you can always try one of our amazing stockists. See our stockist page here

Are the items I want to order in stock?

It's important to remember items in a cart or wish list are not reserved. Sometimes our customers are faster than our servers and on rare occasions we may need to cancel orders if we find that stock is not available for you. All orders are subject to availability. If an order is received that cannot be filled, we will issue a refund for that item.

 

How can I track my order?

Australian & New Zealand Orders: You will receive tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email that you can use to track your order. If you need to get in touch, please email care@goldieandace.com with your name and order number.
