We’re talent searching for a superstar Mid-Level Graphic Designer. Is it you?
We are looking for someone who constantly has Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign open on their Mac device. A person who not only knows how to design an eDM but can slice, compress and even sometimes animate their work! You understand dielines and GSM and you’re no stranger to a tiny bit of colour correcting and re-touching.
Based out of our Head Office in Port Melbourne, the role can either be Full Time or Part Time (4 days), noting that a somewhat flexible approach is required as occasionally you may be called on outside traditional work hours.

The Marketing team is small, mighty and passionate about all things design. We love discussing and drawing inspiration from fashion, sustainability, home, food and general lifestyle. Weekly one on ones and team meetings keeps communication open and provides a supportive place to produce great work!
Back to the position, we’re after someone who can offer:
- Experience designing eDM’s, website banners, social media graphics, printed and digital lookbooks, digital advertising assets and the occasional packaging and swing tag
- A strong understanding of design principles with exceptional attention to detail
- Excels at developing creative design solutions within brand guidelines
- Knows basic photo re-touching (ie. Cleaning up blemishes and correcting colour tones) and is no stranger to masking as well as batch re-sizing and cropping
- Openness to try new things! (i.e. AI) and knows how to tastefully incorporate animated GIFS
- Previous exposure to platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo and Yotpo is favourable
And, has the following:
- Degree/Diploma qualifications in Graphic Design
- 2-3 years previous experience in a design role
- Confidence with Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (basic knowledge of Premier Pro would be a bonus) on a Mac OS
- Is calm under pressure with the ability to stay focused to meet tight deadlines
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced, agile environment
- Demonstrated conceptual skills, high-level sense of design, strategic thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions within our DNA
- Flexibility, adaptability, proactivity, and a can-do attitude is a MUST!
