Loyalty Program Terms of Use
Membership
Goldie and Ace loyalty program (hereinafter “Program”) is offered by Goldie and Ace to customers making purchases and to potential customers on goldieandace.com. Goldie and Ace (Company) provides certain perks and privileges as described herein, and additional offers may be extended from time to time. These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions") form the agreement (the "Agreement") between you ("Member") and Company with respect to the Program.
Members' Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Program, Members agree to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the Program, including, without limitation, these Terms and Conditions. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. Company reserves the right to disqualify Members who have violated any of the Program Terms and Conditions.
Company's Right To Change/Cancel Program
Company may alter, limit, modify, or terminate the Program, any feature of the Program, or these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion without notice. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of such changes.
Membership Eligibility
The Program is open to Australian and international residents. Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Membership is not available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises, or anyone other than an individual, unless written approval is received in advance from Company.
Membership Enrolment
Individuals can enrol by creating an account at goldieandace.com/pages/rewards. Members must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Company reserves the right to refuse membership to any customer who does not follow the enrolment procedures. Members should promptly advise Company of any changes to personal account information, such as name or email address, by updating their member account online.
Program Communications
Company may communicate with Members via mail, email, SMS, and other channels about special promotions, offers, and Program updates. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, Company may still send non-promotional messages about your account or other business matters. Company is not responsible if you fail to update your details, which may result in you not receiving Program benefits.

Returns
Merchandise returns must follow the Company's return policy available at Returns and Refunds. Upon the return of an item, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the Member's account.
Eligible Purchases
Purchases of merchandise and/or services made at goldieandace.com, after promotional offers but before shipping charges, count toward earning points. Purchases made with a Goldie and Ace gift card as payment will not earn points, though purchasing a gift card will earn points. Some products, such as sample sale items & items marked Final Sale*, are excluded from earning points. Additional items may also be excluded at the sole discretion of Company.
Points
Points are earned on eligible purchases as outlined by the Program. Each method of earning points is limited to one per Member. For more information, see Goldie and Ace Loyalty.
Valid Email Address
A current, valid email address is required to participate in the Program and receive benefits or updates. Members must update their email address in their account information if it changes.
Right To Revoke
Company may revoke membership and/or Program benefits if a Member abuses Program privileges, uses the Program fraudulently, fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, or earns benefits through deception or fraud.
No Transfer
Program benefits are not transferable, purchasable, sellable, assignable, or tradable, including by death or as part of a domestic relations matter. Benefits have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.
Program Benefits and Details
All Program benefits are subject to change. Joining gifts awarded upon enrolment are subject to availability and may include unique promotion codes for future use. Birthday points will be awarded on the Member’s birthday if their birthday is updated in their loyalty account at least 30 days prior. Terms of offers are subject to change.
Intellectual Property
All Program design, text, graphics, logos, images, titles, phrases, and product names, as well as the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, and other intellectual property in such materials, are owned by the Company.
