We’re a small but mighty team, and right now we’re on the lookout for a highly organised and detail driven Production Specialist to join our Product + Design team in Melbourne.

What you’ll be doing:
- Owning our product/range information ensuring it’s accurate and always up to date.
- Supporting the Head of Product to build and manage production schedules and critical paths.
- Managing purchase orders, barcode setup, order quantities and multi currency pricing.
- Overseeing compliance requirements, certification tracking (e.g. OekoTex, Disney FAMA), and packaging standards.
- Being the key link between internal teams, factories, logistics providers and trim/label suppliers.
- Coordinating photo shoots for product flatlays and managing the entire process end-to-end.
- Onboarding new factories and working closely with our manufacturing partners to maintain strong relationships.
- Continually reviewing and refining processes, always looking for ways to improve how we work.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience in a similar production or planning role within the fashion or retail industry.
- A high level of organisation, precision and follow-through.
- A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts.
- Experience with inventory systems.
- A collaborative, team-first approach. We help each other out and get stuck in where needed.
