Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Full-Time • 5 days • Port Melbourne Head Office
You’ll support both the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives, photoshoots, wholesale operations, customer service and trade shows run smoothly and on time.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll be a natural doer, all rounder and multi-tasker who thrives on momentum, problem-solving, and keeping moving parts aligned. From coordinating and sometimes executing logistics to managing timelines, you’ll help ensure projects are delivered calmly, efficiently and that everything goes off without a hitch.
You will play a key role coordinating timelines across marketing campaigns, seasonal launches, wholesale initiatives and trade shows, ensuring teams stay aligned and projects move forward on schedule.
Above all, you’ll bring a customer-first mindset, understanding that every campaign, event and wholesale interaction shapes the experience of our community and partners.

Now, about the role…
Marketing Execution

Coordinate photoshoots end-to-end (bookings, timelines, logistics, samples, run sheets, catering, permits, talent communications)

Maintain and organise the marketing sample library, ensuring samples are tracked and available for photoshoots, PR, wholesale and events

Support the execution of the marketing promotions calendar

Assist with scheduling email campaigns and website content

Assist with updating Shopify product pages, website content and campaign launches
-
Coordinate PR, gifting and partnership opportunities
-
Manage and respond to social media comments and DM’s
-
Support on social strategy, content scheduling & execution
Sales & Wholesale Support

Prepare and distribute line sheets and wholesale packs
-
Assist with order entry and system updates
-
Support the maintenance of wholesale systems, records and customer data
-
Coordinate dispatch and labelling sample sets (including courier and freight logistics)

Support trade show preparation (location coordination, freight, packing lists, collateral)

Maintain wholesale account records

Assist with sell-through, invoicing, reporting and data collation
-
Support general wholesale account queries and customer service
-
Assist with warehouse pick & pack overflow during peak periods
Campaign & Launch Coordination

Coordinate timelines across marketing campaigns, seasonal launches and wholesale initiatives

Ensure product information, assets and samples are prepared and available ahead of launches and trade shows

Work with marketing, sales and warehouse teams to ensure campaign and launch logistics run smoothly

Track project timelines and keep teams aligned on key deadlines
Reporting & Administration

Compile marketing and sales performance summaries

Update campaign and wholesale trackers

Assist with post-launch and post-event reporting

Collate insights from customer service, community and wholesale feedback to share with marketing and product teams

Assist with campaign, sell-through and wholesale performance reporting to support future planning

Support cross-team deadline communication

You ideally have:

Experience coordinating events and/or photoshoots

Experience in retail, fashion or consumer brands
-
Exposure to retail and wholesale trade shows and events
-
Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms

This is a full-time 12-month contract, primarily based in the office at our HQ in Port Melbourne.
