  • Standard – 2 to 10 business days
    $10 (Australia Post)
  • Express – 1 to 3 business days
    $15 (Australia Post)

All domestic orders over $75 receive FREE standard postage. Excludes sale items.

  • DHL Express – 2 to 3* business days  $40.00 
  • Australia Post International - 5-7 business days $25

All international orders over $200 receive FREE standard shipping, estimated time is 5-7 business days from dispatch. Excludes sale items.

Please note you will be liable for all import duties, customs and GST on orders over NZ $60.00 at the point of, or after delivery. Goldie + Ace prices and shipping rates DO NOT include these duties, customs and GST which are the sole responsibility of the customer.  

Goldie + Ace will not accept returns or provide any refunds for duties, customs or GST. Goldie + Ace will not accept 'return to sender' where duties, customs or GST have not been paid.

All international orders over $200 receive FREE standard shipping with Australia Post International, estimated time is 8-12 business days from dispatch. Excludes sale items.

Please note: For orders inside Australia our prices include 10% GST. For shipments to other countries where import tax applies, the 10% GST will be deducted. You may be charged customs duties and taxes when the parcel arrives in your country. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost.

    RETURNS POLICY:

    We understand everyone changes their mind sometimes and things don't always fit, so Goldie + Ace accepts returns for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions. We will happily provide a full refund, or a size swap if stock is available. If you have purchased a sale item, it can be returned for a store credit. We are unable to offer exchanges on sale items.

    CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

    1. Merchandise must be returned within 4 weeks of purchase.
    2. Merchandise must be in saleable condition with all tags attached.
    3. Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
    4. Please contact us at customercare@goldieandace.com before returning the item to receive an RA number. 
    5. Refunds will be issued on full price items only. Exchange or 110% Store Credit will also be issued on full price items.
    6. Any returns on sale items or any item sold at a reduced price (discount offers/promotions) will be issued a Store Credit. We are unable to offer exchanges on sale items.

    Goldie + Ace take extreme care in ensuring your goods are of the highest quality, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we will happily replace it for you. Please contact us at customercare@goldieandace.com

     

    HOW TO RETURN:

    Please download the Returns Form HERE fill out accordingly and post back with your return.

    Sometimes it can take a while for parcels to be returned to us, so please allow up to 20 days for us to process your return. Once received, your refund will be processed as soon as possible and funds will be returned to the Credit Card or Paypal account that was used for the original transaction. If you wish to swap a size over, we will organise this and dispatch your new size as soon as possible.

    Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as Goldie + Ace cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived safely to us! Goldie + Ace does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.

     

    10% OFF FOR NEW SUBSCRIBERS

    Goldie + Ace offers 10% off on the next order for customers who subscribe to our mailing list. Create an account with us via our homepage and a one off 10% discount will be emailed to you to apply to your next order once you have signed up. (Please check your junk folder as sometimes it ends up here). Discount is only valid for one order per customer and applies to full priced items only. Please get in touch at hello@goldieandace.com if you have any questions or issues, as we cannot refund or reimburse a voucher amount once an order has been placed. The discount will not apply to gift cards or sale items and some exclusions may apply.

     

    ONLINE PROMOTIONS

    All items purchased during Goldie + Ace online promotions with the use of a coupon code, are subject to the Terms and Conditions specific to the relevant promotion. These Terms and Conditions are outlined on www.goldieandace.com at the time of the promotion and by purchasing with the nominated coupon code you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions and return policy surrounding the promotion.

     

    DUTIES & TAXES

    Goldie + Ace cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be incurred by customs in the country where delivery is made. If your order is subject to any additional duties or taxes at the arrival of your country, this is unfortunately out of our control. Please contact your local custom’s offices if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes.

    Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to Goldie + Ace, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.

     

    ORDERING AND PAYMENT

    We work hard to get all orders out within 2 business days, however during busy periods handling time may be extended to 5 days. If you’d like an update on your order status, get in touch at customercare@goldieandace.com

    Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email customercare@goldieandace.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Goldie + Ace accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

     

    CURRENCY

    All product prices and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar (AUD$) unless otherwise indicated. The final amount may differ from amount displayed by the currency converter. 

     

    ITEM AVAILABILITY

    As stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. On the rare occasion that a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
