We ship all orders from our Melbourne warehouse Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 2 business days for dispatch, or up to 5 business days during busy sale periods.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you. Need an update? Contact us at care@goldieandace.com.
Uncollected Parcels: If your order is returned to us due to non-collection, you will need to cover the cost of re-shipping.
