This role sits at the intersection of supply chain analysis, inventory planning and operations coordination. It’s particularly suited to someone who enjoys working with data, spreadsheets and operational problem-solving, and who gets satisfaction from keeping complex information accurate and structured.

The Role
Supply Chain & Inventory Planning

Support demand planning across seasonal collections, including unit forecasting and size breaks

Analyse sales and inventory data to support stock planning and replenishment decisions

Monitor inventory levels across wholesale and e-commerce channels

Track production orders, inbound shipments and freight movements to ensure smooth delivery

Monitor and track outbound international wholesale shipments, including consolidator freight movements
Product Data & Operational Systems

Maintain the master product spreadsheet, which holds the core product and operational data for the business

Collate and manage product information including styles, SKUs, size breaks, pricing, barcodes, HS codes and product features

Ensure product data is accurate, consistent and complete before being cascaded into operational systems

Communicate and cascade updates relating to product changes, shipment schedules and key operational information

Maintain and update relevant operational platforms to ensure information remains aligned across systems
Data Analysis & Reporting

Maintain operational spreadsheets used across the business

Investigate discrepancies across orders, stock, freight or shipment data

Track product costing information including FOB, freight and landed costs, supporting margin tracking and multi-currency calculations within operational spreadsheets

Support reporting relating to inventory performance, stock levels and sell-through
Operations & Administration

Issue and maintain purchase orders with suppliers

Maintain records relating to production orders, shipments and supplier information

Support improvements to operational processes and systems as the business grows
About You
You’re someone who genuinely enjoys working with data and information. You’re organised, detail oriented and naturally curious when numbers or information don’t quite line up. You’re the kind of person who likes keeping complex information structured, accurate and easy to use.
We’re looking for someone who has:

Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, structured tables and data validation, with confidence working across large operational spreadsheets

A strong numerical and analytical mindset

High attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies in data

Experience working with inventory, supply chain, operations or product data

An understanding of product costing, margins and multi currency calculations within a product based business

Strong organisation and the ability to manage large sets of product and operational information
Experience with inventory systems, ERP platforms or e-commerce operations is a bonus but not essential.
This role is offered as a 1-year full-time contract. As Goldie + Ace continues to grow, we anticipate increasing specialisation across supply chain, operations and planning functions, creating opportunities for the right person to grow and develop with the business.
The position is full time and primarily based onsite at our Port Melbourne office, where being close to the operational side of the business is important.
