Reporting to our Customer Care & Warehouse Manager, your main mission is simple: to spread joy! Whether it's packing up our delightful little parcels of happiness or helping customers with their queries, you're here to make their day.

Meet the Team
Our Customer Care & Warehouse team is small but passionate, and we’re dedicated to giving our customers a fantastic experience from start to finish. We’re all about the happy vibes, and regular team meetings keep the communication flowing and the energy high. Plus, activewear to work? Totally fine, because you’ll be on your feet most of the day!
What does a day at Goldie + Ace look like? Glad you asked!
- Picking and packing customer and wholesale orders (because who doesn’t love creating little bundles of joy?)
- Replying to customer messages and solving all their fashion dilemmas (size issues, returns, you name it!)
- Making sure the packing area is stocked with all the goodies—postage bags, gift boxes, drawstring bags… you get the idea
- Sneaking in a delish lunch from one of the many local cafes
- Unpacking and organising new season stock—like a kid in a candy store, but with clothes!
- Attending a team meeting to plan out the logistics for our next big product launch (exciting, right?!)
We’re looking for someone who…
- Has a keen eye for detail and a work ethic that shines
- Is passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences (nothing gets past you)
- Can operate a small walkie forklift to move stock (bonus points if you’re a certified forklift hero)
- Enjoys working in a small, fast-paced, dynamic team
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and can handle whatever comes their way
- Can work autonomously but loves being part of a team
- Is a clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills—you’re basically a people whisperer!
