I'm not sure how it's November again already, but here we are...
As with this time every year, it feels like the email inbox is absolutely overflowing and the overwhelm is real. With discounts coming from all sides and Black Friday still 2 weeks away, it is all a bit much.
My team and I have reflected on what Black Friday means for us, and it's a time of year that I've always struggled with.
