10% Off for New Subscribers
Goldie + Ace offers 10% off on the next order for customers who subscribe to our mailing list. Create an account with us via our homepage and a one off 10% discount will be emailed to you to apply to your next order once you have signed up. (Please check your junk folder as sometimes it ends up here). Discount is only valid for one order per customer and applies to full priced items only. Please get in touch at care@goldieandace.com if you have any questions or issues, as we cannot refund or reimburse a voucher amount once an order has been placed. The discount will not apply to gift cards, items marked as PRESALE or sale items and some exclusions may apply.
Online Promotions and Competitions
All items purchased during Goldie + Ace online promotions are subject to the Terms and Conditions specific to the relevant promotion. These Terms and Conditions are outlined on www.goldieandace.com at the time of the promotion. By purchasing items that are part of the promotion you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions and return policy surrounding the promotion. Duties and Taxes
Goldie + Ace cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be incurred by customs in the country where delivery is made. If your order is subject to any additional duties or taxes at the arrival of your country, this is unfortunately out of our control. Please contact your local custom’s offices if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes.
Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to Goldie + Ace, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.
Order and Payment
We work hard to get all orders out within 2 business days, however during busy periods handling time may be extended to 5 days. If you’d like an update on your order status, get in touch at care@goldieandace.com
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email care@goldieandace.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Goldie + Ace accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
Shipping Insurance
If 'Shipping Insurance' is selected and paid for at checkout, should your package be lost or damaged during transit, Goldie + Ace will cover the cost to either replace or refund the order in full. Any clams must be made within 6 weeks of the parcel being sent.
Currency
All product prices and payments made on this site are in the currency of your country unless otherwise indicated.
Item Availability
As stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. On the rare occasion that a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
Loyalty Program
Goldie + Ace loyalty program is offered to customers making purchases and to potential customers on goldieandace.com. Goldie and Ace will extend certain perks and privileges as described in more detail in the G +A Terms of Use.
