A collaboration between students from Rawa Community School in remote Western Australia, Alison Lester and Jane Godwin, 'Monster Party' is a hilarious account of the monsters partying in the desert (of course!). With illustrations created by the students, this book is vibrant and funny, ideal for the young and young at heart.

Going to the Footy by Debbie Coombes
A quintessentially Australian activity, 'Going to the Footy' showcases striking illustrations featuring all the ways we can get to the game! Authored and illustrated by Debbie Coombes, whose background is Tiwi (from Pirlangimpi Country), this fantastic children's book combines vibrant Tiwi drawing styles with humour for all ages.

Funding for this program supports Magabala Books in sharing their fabulous stories for children with kids community organisations across Australia – because Australia's rich heritage of Indigenous storytelling deserves to reach every kid across this sunkissed country!
